At Najmah Robotics, we combine the power of hands-on STEM education with Islamic values and ethical learning, making robotics accessible and engaging for schools, community centers, mosques, and youth organizations. Our program follows the FIRST LEGO League Explore model, a globally recognized robotics and coding curriculum designed to empower young learners, build teamwork, and spark innovation.

STEP 1

Explore & Discover

Students engage in foundational STEM & robotics concepts.

Students dive into an exciting, real-world theme inspired by FIRST LEGO League’s annual challenge. Whether it’s space exploration, environmental sustainability, or ocean conservation, young learners explore key STEM concepts and how they apply to everyday life. This step fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and ethical problem-solving—all within a faith-centered learning environment.

STEP 2

Build & Innovate

Hands-on, Team-based problem-solving and real-world applications providing unique experience.

Using the LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essentials Kit, students design, build, and program their own moving models. They develop hands-on engineering, coding, and problem-solving skills, while understanding teamwork and leadership—all key elements of future-ready learning. This stage also integrates Islamic values, encouraging students to innovate with integrity, responsibility, and collaboration.

STEP 3

Share & Inspire

Document the learning journey, and present solutions to peers, mentors, and public.

Students document their learning journey in an Engineering Notebook, showcasing their robot designs, coding strategies, and project solutions. They then present their findings to peers, mentors, and community leaders, developing public speaking, leadership, and collaboration skills. This isn’t just STEM—it’s character-building for future changemakers!

STEP 4

Celebrate & Compete

Participation in FIRST LEGO League & community challenges.

Najmah Robotics students have the opportunity to compete in FIRST LEGO League events, where they meet like-minded young innovators, engage in friendly competitions, and showcase their skills on a global stage. These competitions foster a sense of accomplishment, teamwork, and motivation, reinforcing the importance of community, collaboration, and ethical problem-solving.
