Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Policy for Educational Programs & Courses

1.1 Refund Eligibility

1. Refunds are available for in-person and online courses if the request is made at least 7 days before the program start date.
2. Refunds will be processed only for unused sessions if the cancellation is due to a valid reason (e.g., medical emergency, relocation).
3. No refunds will be issued after the program has started, except under exceptional circumstances at NGMEH’s discretion.

1.2 Refund Process for Programs & Courses

1. Submit a refund request via email to info@ngmeh.ca, including:
   • Student’s full name
   • Course or program name
   • Reason for cancellation
   • Proof of payment
2. Refund Approval:
   • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-10 business days.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Fees:
   • Registration fees are non-refundable.
   • Any digital learning materials provided before the refund request are non-refundable.

Note: If a participant is removed from a program due to a Code of Conduct violation, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products & Materials

2.1 Non-Refundable Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital materials, e-books, lesson plans, and online content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
• If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased digital product, please contact info@ngmeh.ca within 10 days of purchase for assistance.

3. Returns & Refund Policy for Physical Products (Robotics Kits, STEM Tools, Books)

3.1 Return Eligibility

• Physical products can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • The return request is made within the specified return period.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days to qualify for a free replacement or refund.

3.2 Return Process

1. Contact us at info@ngmeh.ca with:
   • Your order number
   • Description of the issue
   • Photos of the product (if defective/damaged)
2. Return Approval & Instructions:
   • Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.
   • Returns must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the RAN.
3. Refund or Replacement:
   • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
   • If applicable, a replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days.

Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of:

• Defective or incorrect products (NGMEH will cover return shipping fees).
• Product damaged during shipping (must be reported within 3 days of delivery).

Refunds will not include original shipping fees unless NGMEH is at fault.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after approval.
• If you have not received your refund, please:
  • Check with your bank or credit card provider (some transactions take time to reflect).
  • Contact us at info@ngmeh.ca if the refund does not appear after 14 days.

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

• Refunds for group enrollments, bulk purchases, and partnerships are subject to separate agreements.
• Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or absences.
• NGMEH reserves the right to deny refunds for abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated refund requests).
